We help people with varying levels of savings to get into the market. The reality is that there are many options such as putting together a group of clients who are in the same limited financial situation to buy a property together, or simply sourcing the right type of property which suits your budget. 

WHAT IF I CAN'T RENT MY PROPERTY?

Because we buy in smaller developments and not large apartment complexes there is less competition and higher rental demand; smaller projects work better.

HOW RISKY IS BUYING OFF THE PLAN?     

                                               

The risk is in the lack of diligence and lack of knowledge, not the process itself. We help by navigating and educating to minimize risk.

As we deal in small boutique projects and not large apartment complexes this is not the case for us. Sourcing the right properties in the right areas through diligence is part of our process.

WHY DON'T MORE PEOPLE BUY OFF THE PLAN IF IT'S SO GOOD?     

Most people lack vision and prefer to see what they are buying. Negative press around off the plan apartment sales has created concern, however stricter government regulations means there is less chance of developers doing the wrong thing; plus we only deal with long term, reputable developers.

DO THE DEVELOPERS HAVE TO BUILD WHAT THEY SAY?

Once the building permit has been issued the developer cannot make changes. If they do you have grounds to cancel your contract.

ARE FLIP PROPERTIES HARD TO FIND?

We all work within the real estate industry and constantly keep up with opportunities as they arise. We also use dedicated software that can match us with opportunities as soon as they are released.

SHOULD I BUY LOW END OR HIGH END PROPERTIES?

This will depend on your budget, however there is money to be made in both.

ARE PROPERTIES WORTH KEEPING? 

Yes, you can keep properties on a longer term bases, this depends on your short term and long term goals.

DO I NEED PERMITS TO DO THE RENOVATION?

This depends on the scope of the renovation. Most minor cosmetic changes require no permit, however more structural changes do.
